Dr. Carrie Smith is a clinical audiologist with nearly 15 years of experience who specializes in treatments for patients experiencing challenges with hearing and communication. She believes in bringing expert knowledge and practical applications together to provide solutions through hearing evaluation, hearing protection, amplification options, and continuing care.

Dr. Smith is a member of both ASHA (American Speech Language Hearing Association) and MSHA (Mississippi Speech-Language-Hearing Association) She is a former Assistant Professor of Audiology at Mississippi University for Women and UMMC Department of Otolaryngology. Dr. Smith’s passion is to educate others about hearing loss, hearing protection, ways to improve communication barriers and finding solutions to meet the individual needs of her patients.

Dr. Smith is now making it her mission to provide hearing care and hearing loss prevention to our rural communities
